CtrlTask owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation. You receive a limited license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant CtrlTask a license to process it through our AI systems to provide the Services.
Outputs generated by our AI systems based on your inputs belong to you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We may use anonymized outputs to improve our AI models.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Data deletion requests will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTRLTASK PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OUR AI SERVICES.
You acknowledge that AI systems have limitations and may produce incorrect or unexpected results. You assume all risk associated with relying on AI-generated outputs.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
